  We recently received a live plant arrangement of about 6 plants as a get well for a liver transplant. The delivery was timely and the delivery man was nice enough. However, after 2 days the Cyclamen keeled over. I called the store and shared what had happened. The women who answered the phones first suggestion was to ask if I could bring the arrangement in(did I mention this was a "get well"?). Her second suggestion was that they drop off a new plant to replace the one that died and I could replace it myself(they are all planted together into one big pot=one big mess!). She finally suggested that they would come and get it to replace the problem plant and drop it off later. Cool.
  We just received the arrangement back...
  The cyclamen, which was perfectly to scale with the rest of the arrangement, was replaced by a white begonia that is half the size of the rest of the entire arrangement! It looks ridiculous and lop-sided. Such an expensive disappointment. The whole thing will be finding its way to the trash shortly.
  The arrangement was $105.00 and overpriced at that.

  I want to say that Renning's went above and beyond...I ordered flowers the day before Valentines Day...(only draw back about that is the Valentines pricing on the roses)...yes they were for Valentines day but not in a happy kind of way...I ordered them for 2 sisters and their Mother... they drove more than 15 hrs to go to Mayo clinic because their Mother has cancer...at first I ordered a different color...called them back and changed it, no problem ...these flowers were to be delivered to a Hotel, I received a call shortly there after stating that the hotel had no records of the recipients arriving on this night...I explained they left a day early, they would be there... they just changed their reservations...long story short ..they were so caring and careful with the entire transaction...not to mention that I have never even been to Rochester, MN ..this was merely a phone call, all the way from Alabama...I later received a phone call from the Mother and the sisters completely flabbergasted as to how these beautiful flowers, (and they are beautiful btw, I saw the pics!) were delivered, not only to the Hotel but inside their room!! Thank you Renning's ..I will highly recommend you for any occasion!!

  Wonderful service! The staff is very helpful and had no problems working with my budget. The designers are very talented so let them create a bouquet for you if you are undecided or ordering from out of town. I had a last minute order for a funeral that needed to be delivered the next day and they had no problem delivering it on time. Highly recommend!

  Great customer service and much more than just flowers. I phoned in a request from Florida to order a get well gift for for a family member in the Mayo Clinc. They took care of a special need request and delivered at an unbelievable low price. Highly recommend this florist!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
